Crunchies opened as a small-sized office-based venture in the year 2005. By 2014, the company was the number one freeze-dried packaged snack food company across the world, as explained by Nielson Research study. Crunchies had obtained distribution into a large number of consumer channels such as mass convenience stores, drug retailers, club retailers, all-natural food retailers, the armed forces, natural distributors, and independent healthy food stores. Crunchies expanded its product line offerings to 32 assorted fruits and veggie snacks and operated a 17,000 sq. foot production and distribution center in Thousand Oaks, California. Among his several duties as the firm’s co-founder and CEO, James oversaw daily operations and developed sales and marketing strategies to increase company revenue. With the knowledge he acquired at other snack and nutritional organizations, he had the opportunity to handle contract arrangements, supplier sourcing, and licensing/trademark sychronisation. James ultimately sold off the firm in 2015.
